Where we came from

Songon Food Corporation, established in 2014, began as a focused, founder-led restaurant company behind Crosta Pizzeria — an artisan pizza brand known for its sourdough, Detroit, and Sicilian styles.

With a lean team and hands-on operations, Songon laid the groundwork for a brand defined by craft, innovation, and disciplined execution — forming the foundation for its evolution into Black Duck Ventures.
